Essential Anatomy 5 App Reviews

Has increased my diagnostic accuracy. Loads a bit slowly on a iPhone 5 but once open renders graphics without lag. No structural detail for bones: for ex. pars interarticularis is absent. In this case my Netter is still useful.

Fantastic tool! Latest update is a little glitchy when using female anatomy layering...or else I would rate it a 5. Great job guys!!! I love the updates.

Having a 3D, full 360 view, and with this level of detail is great. Visually appealing and well-executed overall.

Great way to visualize, isolate and muscle and skeletal systems. 3-D Navigation and views are very intuitive to use. If there was one thing I would change, it would be to be able to cross-reference by muscle action (ie. search "hip flexion" to show all muscles involved). Animations of individual muscle action would be awesome (but Im just being greedy), but otherwise a fantastic app. Well worth it!

If youre looking for a great app for the anatomy, dont search anymore!

Amazing interactive learning tool.

This app is amazing! I am starting anatomy classes in September and I cant wait to use this app (and all its sister apps) for study. I sent in some questions/feedback to the app creators and they got back to me immediately with well thought out and helpful answers. Great app all around!

Great for studying! The "isolate" aspect is super useful plus easy to use

You are missing ligaments! Very important for teaching and function! Please add ligaments to your program and you get a perfect score

Honestly , weather you are in med, in kinesiology or physiology this app is awesome. You can isolate every muscle with origins and insertions. way better than buying an expensive book. People always ask me in class where did i get this app. Especially if there is a deal, BUY IT

Hahahaha!! In the male model, the nervous system hangs 1 inch behind the spinal chord. Quite funny but a bit scary too. Does that mean that the male has a disconnect between his body and his brain? Is that normal? Luckily the female has it figured out and everything seems connected there.
